Registrations are open ONLY for KG-P5 children

For S1-S7 pupils:

For KG to P5 children:

ONLY If you are entitled to price reduction  you need a stamp and signature to be put on KVV form. You can get them from primary or secondary secretary based on the grade your children is enrolled for.   

"Accompanying Service": If you want your child (KG-P5) to be assisted  during the tram runs you need to register for the service. Please note that accompanying person will take care ONLY of registered children and that you will be granted access to the Whatsapp group of your line only if you register and pay service fee.

In addition, please take into account that children younger than 6 are not allowed to travel on public transport unaccompanied.

The registration procedure in case "Accompanying Service" is needed is here below:

1. Create a profile or fill/update it (if you register for the first time)  on and accept our terms and conditions when logging in.

Some functions don't work properly with an Apple mobile device, so please use pc with Windows.

2. Add/update you child data together with tram stop name/line. Please consider that if you want to change during the year to another tram line or stop we will charge you extra 20€ administrative costs.

3. Download, print and sign the generated DEBIT AUTHORISATION FORM (SEPA mandate) for paying the YEARLY SERVICE FEE.  In case you have already registered last year and your bank account hasn't changed, please skip point 3. For details regarding the service fee, please check the FEES page.

4. Send the SEPA signed form (if needed) together with authorisation form via email to and to

5. In case the previous steps are incomplete you child's name will not be forwarded to the accompanying person in charge for the line.

6.    We recommend the registered families to join the WhatsApp group of your line. To do so, please send an email to mentioning your name, the name of your child/en, his/her class, and the name of the tram stop.

8. We strongly recommend, for primary pupils, to prepare a luggage label to fix on the backpack,  with:

  1. Name
  2. Parents mobile phone numbers
  3. Home Address
  4. Bus/Tram Stop
