1. IF you are already registered and want to use further in the next school year the transport service, you don't have to send any confirmation. The service will be automatically renewed.
In case there is any change in Tram Stop, Line or Bank account, please update it HERE.
2. IF you are already registered and don't want to use further the tram accompanying service next year please CANCEL here.
3. Wait for our confirmation that accompanying service will be activated on your tram line. After we have confirmed that minimum number of 5 registered children/line has been reached, and you are happy with the availability of accompanying person, please Order the D-Ticket (Deutschland Ticket). See INFO here.
If you are not happy with the availability of accompanying person of your tram line, you have 3 days time to cancel the service.
