SERVICE FEE (Annual Membership)

Service Fee covers administrative costs for school buses/trams organisation and payment, registration,  debiting of service fee, accompanying persons  costs for school buses and trams (KG-P5)etc.

👉BUS USERS     

REGISTRATION and PAYMENT of 200€ service fee/child/year is mandatory for all users KG-S7.

👉TRAM USERS

REGISTRATION is required ONLY for Accompanying Service. This service will be organised for KG-P5 children on request and activated only if more than 5 children are registered per tram line. In this case REGISTRATION and PAYMENT of service fee is mandatory.

In case the minimum number is reached  the PAYMENT of 100€ service fee/child/year will be processed.

In case you want to change, during the year, to a different tram/bus line or stop (different than the one selected during registration) we will charge you extra 20€ administrative costs.

❗ For registrations done during the school year after February 1st, the service fee due is half.

❗ The direct debiting (Bankeinzug) is the only accepted way of payment for the service fee. You can identify us by our Gläubiger ID (Creditor ID) DE61ZZZ00001990475 and our mandate reference which will be the name of child(s) for which the fee is paid.

❗ In case of change of your bank account, we kindly ask you to inform us updating here your registration data, sign and send per post the new generated direct debiting form.

In case you get charged the service fees after your child has left the school, please contact finances@eskar-transport.de so that we can send the money back to you. We are a charitable non-profit organisation in service for you.

❗ 25€ fine in case of use of bus without registration

❗ 10€ will be charged in case deduction of service fee is rejected
